"Welcome to the Netherwood Tennis Club"
This site offers general and current information about NETHERWOOD TENNIS CLUB, founded Circa 1900.
Netherwood has approximately 250 members that play on six (6) Hard-Tru dressed clay courts. The club is open for member and guest play from about April 15 through the end of November.
In the spring, Netherwood
fields four
teams that play for
the club. A women's team
and a 3 teams in the North
Jersey Tennis League. The
women's teams play matches
Tuesday mornings, while
the Men's NJTL teams play
Saturdays, usually late
morning to early afternoon.

In the fall, Netherwood participates in the October League, a "45" and older league that plays Saturdays.

- There will be a Labor
Day celebration at the Club on Sunday, September 5th, 2010 from 12:00 Noon til 4:00 PM. Please bring an appeitizer, dessert or beverage. Additionally, please bring a friend. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided by the club. Please confirm your attendance.
